When your store is successfully opened, your registered email address will receive an email from the email address of the corresponding site to ask you to change the password (if you have not received the email from Jumia, please check the trash box, thank you!).
Please click the link in the email to enter the password modification interface. After the password modification is successful, you can enter the seller's backstage.
(Notice: If you do not receive the email or the link is invalid, please log in to the backstage of the Jumia Nigeria site, click "Forgot Password" to enter the Reset Password page, enter your company's registered email address, and then click "Send New Password", the system will resend the password modification email.

In order to avoid the risk of payment collection, you need to log in to the seller center as soon as possible to bind the Payoneer account. For the binding method, please refer to the seller's university (seller center - seller personal information settings) (jumiaasia.com.cn)
(Notice: If the Payoneer account is not bound within 15 working days, the account will be automatically closed.)
The QR code will be sent to you by email after your store is created. Please join the group after completing the above steps. Please change your group remark to the store's seller ID when joining the group.
