Click Orders>>Pending
As shown in the figure above, when the number in a red circle is prompted in the upper right corner of Orders, it indicates that the shop has pending order(s). Click Pending to show relevant information about the order(s), including Order Number, Shop, Order Date, Pending Since, Payment Method, Price, Quantity (#), Packed items, Actions, and Labels Shipment Method.
The specific operation steps and precautions are as follows:
Path: Orders>>Pending
As shown in the figure, click the "+" sign in front of the pending order, or simply check the number in the "#" column, to view the quantity of items under an order. Multiple items shipped in one parcel may be overweight (the weight per Seko parcel shall not exceed 3KG, and the weight per postal parcel shall not exceed 2KG), and the overweight parcels will be rejected by the sorting center and returned as abnormal parcels, In such case, the seller needs to split the parcel for shipment. Therefore, the operation and shipment modes of an order can be divided into the following 2 types:
Check the order directly, click "Ready to ship" in the Actions status bar on the right, select the address of the sorting center, and then print the shipping label.
Click the "+" sign in front of the order to split the parcel containing multiple products into multiple parcels.
Example 1: If a SEKO DS order contains three products, and if the weight of the three products after packaging does not exceed 3KG
Then you may simply select all three products, and click "Set Status to ready to ship" in the drop-down menu,
Click "Go" and then select the designated warehouse in the pop-up box, then click Ready to ship, and finally, select to print the shipping label.
Example 2: If a SEKO DS order contains 3 products, and if the packed weight of 3 products exceeds 3KG, it needs to be split and delivered.
Two products may be shipped together in one parcel, with the third product shipped in a separate parcel. Two parcels may be shipped in one order; Three products may also be shipped separately in three parcels. One order may generate three different shipping labels and whipped in three parcels (at the seller's discretion based on the actual product weight).
Taking the case of shipping in two packages as an example, check the two products to be combined, click "Set Status to ready to ship" in the pull-down menu, click "Go", and then select the specified warehouse in the pop-up box that appears after clicking "Go", click "Ready to ship", and finally select to print the shipping label. Now the two products are combined in one parcel and put under the same shipping label information. For the third product, click "Ready to ship" in the Actions status bar on the right, select the address of the sorting center, and then print the shipping label.
After the buyer places an order, the system will generate a pending order, the parcel should arrive at the sorting center and successfully change to the 'shipped' status within 5 working days at the latest (Shipped = the order is successfully scanned by the warehouse and synchronized to the seller center/vendor center). The delivery time will be scored based on the order shipping time (pending to shipped), the longer the time, the lower the delivery time score (shipping policy details). If the order is not updated to the 'shipped' status and is automatically cancelled after 5 working days, the delivery time score will be zero.

Note: Jumia's Seko DS service is currently available in 6 distribution centers in China, which are located in Dongguan, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Xiamen, Yiwu, and Hangzhou. The settings of each designated warehouse in Setting>>>>Your Profile>>>Shipping in the Seller Center are different. Because of the display of the background system, the following steps should be followed when selecting a sorting center in the background:
Please select the sorting center to send the parcel to Postal (postal parcel) (click here to view the Clevy warehouse address of postal parcel).
(1) Change the order status to "Ready to ship"
After shipping, the seller needs to switch the status of the order to "Ready to ship" and click Create Package&Next
Confirm again and click Ready to ship to change the order status from Pending to Ready to ship
Important note: For parcels printed with shipping label without jumping to "Ready to ship" status, the sorting center will not be able to access to the parcel information and perform inbound scanning, which will cause the products to be rejected in the inbound process.
Under the order in "Ready to ship" status, find the corresponding order, check the order, select "Print labels for selected items" in the drop-down menu of "Order actions", and click the orange button "Go" to print the shipping label.
How to re-print shipping labels
Where the status jumps to "Ready to ship", if you forget to print the shipping label immediately, or you forget to save the shipping label immediately, but you need to print the shipping label here, you may go to the "Ready to ship" area, check the order that successfully jumps, and select "Print labels for selected items" from the drop-down menu to print the shipping label.
Package according to the requirements of the platform (please click here for the Dropshipping order packaging guide), and send the parcel to the domestic sorting center after attaching the shipping label to the parcel.
