Dropshipping Cross-border Order

Dropshipping Cross-border Order

Jumia's cross-border order includes SEKO Dropshipping (DS) and Clevy Postal

In Cross-border Order mode, sellers do not need to find their own logistics service providers in the destination country. This is suitable for most international sellers.

After receiving the order on Jumia platform, the DS seller sends the goods to Jumia's Seko Sorting Center in China or Clevy Sorting Center and successfully change to the 'shipped' status within 5 working days at the latest, the longer the time, the lower the delivery time score (details). Jumia establishes a special logistics line to transport the package to the destination country, completes customs clearance at the destination port and finishes last mile delivery to customers (Note: The calculation method for international freight of both SEKO S and Postal are same. Click here to see details.)

1.Seko DS

Seko Logistics is the DS logistics service provider of Jumia. The ordered goods are delivered to the customers under Jumia's escort. The logistics status of the goods is fully traceable. The delivery time of SEKO DS is 12 - 15 workdays shorter on average. Six DS sites are available in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Egypt, Uganda and South Africa (DS is suspended in Cote d'ivoire, Senegal and Morocco).

Jumia has established three DS sorting centers in China, including those in Dongguan in southeast China, Xiamen in Fujian Province, and Yiwu in Zhejiang Province (Click here to view SEKO's sorting centers).

Sellers shall note that:

The weight and size requirements for packages under the new Jumia International Freight system are as follows, and sellers shall be aware of these limits in the shipping process to avoid the goods being returned by the sorting center (Click link for more shipping guidelines).

  • Gross weight or volume weight shall not exceed 3kg.
  • The dimension limitation of 60cm(L)*40cm(W)*40cm(H) shall not be exceeded at any side or multiple sides.

2. Postal (postal parcel)

The orders under this mode are collected by the designated warehouse in China (click here to check the receiving addresses of Postal orders in China).
