- For the same CO, it’s forbidden to ship in different batches nor make warehouse appointment in different batches, otherwise it will face the risk of being rejected by the warehouse.

From September 2022, Jumia rolled out an online tool for all Jumia sellers to book slots. Every single CO which item quantity applied is less than or equal to 500 items must book the slot via Inbound Scheduler, please find [here] to read more details and instructions.
2.Method 2—— reservation by email
- A seller needs to contact logistics provider on its own to deliver to warehouse / before delivery to warehouse, the seller needs to send prediction email to the destination country.
- The listing quantity shall be in accordance with that actually and specifically received by the overseas warehouse, if there’s any difference, please contact the logistics provider.
- If there’s any unmatched items or product suspected of counterfeiting or infringing found at listing, it would affect the normal warehousing of product or failed warehousing.
Ⅰ. FBJ Inbound Fee
The existing Inbound fees will not change and will still be applicable to all FBJ sellers:
Total Inbound Fee = Inbound Fee + VAT

Inbound fee is based on size of products,which is uniform for each site

2. VAT:
VAT shall be charged according to national regulations and it is subject to change. Below are the current rates:
*Take an example as follows, inbound of one unit of small product in Nigeria overseas warehouse
Inbound Fee: $0.09
VAT: 0.09*7.5%=0.00675 dollar
Total Inbound Fee: 0.09+0.00675=0.09675 dollar
Ⅱ. Storage Fee
From the time the product enters Jumia overseas warehouse, the storage fee is charged on a daily basis according to the size of the product. Current Storage Fees will still apply to all FBJ sellers.

Ⅲ. Outbound Fee
From June 1, 2022, JUMIA will begin to charge an FBJ Outbound Fee in all sites. This fee will apply to every FBJ item in delivered final status (not charged if the item is returned/delivery failed).
