Cancellation rate means the percentage of the total number of products (not the number of orders) canceled in the last 1-5 weeks due to Out of Stock, the score is updated in every Tuesday.
The Seller Center’s OOS rate will include the following two circumstances into calculating scope:
1. Vendors cancel orders due to their own reasons
2. The parcels fail to be delivered to warehouse for timely scanning wihtin regulated time (5 working days)

Method to simply recognize whether the orders are listed in OOS calculation scope or not:
When the position of comment for cancellation includes words of “Out of Stock”, it’s OOS order
The cancellation rate involved in the following contents represents OOS rate.
Why Jumia pays so much attention to cancellation rate:
1. When an order is canceled due to OOS, doubtlessly it would directly cause bad shopping experience to consumers. In order to reduce such circumstance, Jumia would monitor the OOS rate of sellers
2. Poor OOS rate would directly affect shop score and increase extra commission charges, and even lead to shutdown of shop if the circumstance is severe
When the # row of an order has mark of label, it means this order will be canceled in next working day .
