JUMIA Arrangement during Epidemic(2022/3/15)

Due to the COVID situation in various parts of China, JUMIA has learned that some sellers cannot ship normally due to the epidemic situation. The relevant policies of the platform during the epidemic are adjusted as follows:
For Drop Shipping
  • SZ SEKO warehouse is temporarily closed from March 14 to March 20, during this period,no delivery will be accepted. If your package has already been shipped to the Shenzhen warehouse, please contact the courier or logistics company to transfer it to the Guangzhou warehouse, or return it to your original sending address; if the package has not yet been shipped, please send it to your nearest SEKO warehouse. As for the reopening time of SZ warehouse, we will inform you later. Please pay attention to jumia's announcement at any time. 
  • According to the requirements of the logistics parks of Xiamen and Hangzhou where JUMIA warehouses are located, they will not accept domestic express packages from the areas and cities of Medium-risk and High risk temporarily. Please send your packages to the other warehouses if they are from the Medium-risk and High risk areas/cities temporarily. 
For Postal
  • The Clevy warehouse can still receive packages for now, and the seller's operation does not need to be changed.
Special Notice
  • March 14th - March 20th is not included in the vendor lead time.
EXAMPLE:Order A is created on March 10th, and March 11th is the second working day after the order is created. Since March 14th - March 20th is not included in the Vendor Lead Time, March 21st will be considered the 3rd working day for the order, the seller needs to deliver the package to the JUMIA sorting warehouse on the 5th working day after the order is generated, that is, by March 23.
EXAMPLE:Order B was created on March 15th. Since March 14th - March 20th is not included in the Vendor Lead Time, March 21st is regarded as the first working day of the order creation. The seller needs to deliver the package to the JUMIA sorting warehouse by March 25.
  • If the order cannot be processed due to the epidemic, the seller can activate the holiday mode if necessary.
