You can Raise a claim (RAC) for any problems with Jumia (for example, bill errors)

  • For the overseas team to 
help  you with the problems 

History data for 3 months

  • Jumia will keep the data for 
3 months 
  • That is, RAC records are kept
 available for up to 3 months 

3 working days

  • RAC will be processed within
 3 working days 
Once the claim is solved 
Your registered email will receive an notification, and you shall reply within 3 working days if you still need help 
  • Or RAC will be cancelled automatically
