1.1 Is there a P card attached to my store? 
Log onto Seller Center, click on Your Profile of the Setting menu-click on Payment method to attach a card. Check P card instructions of Jumia University for the details

1.2 Is there a contract between my store and the JUMIA platform? 
Sign e-contract with Jumia (Seller Center-Your Profile-General-Sign agreements) and paper contract (the user only need to submit a scanned copy to view the instructions and template for contract 
in the application procedure of Jumia University) and send them to jumia.marketing@jumiaasia.onmicrosoft.com. 

1.3 Is a warehouse set for my store? 
Log onto Seller Center, click on Your Profile at the Setting menu, and then select Shipping to check it. If there is no warehouse that you want to designate, please send an email to "asiaseller.service@jumia.com". 

1.4 Is my store included in the PSC seller group? 
PSC商户群群号会在开户成功邮件通知。
The account number of PSC seller group will be emailed after you successfully create your account.
